Ryan sources opportunities, negotiates deal terms, raises capital, and performs due diligence for Rye. Ryan is also a professor at Duquesne University where he teaches courses in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship
Brian McBarron
Partner
Brian has led ambitious software projects across 4 startups and 15 years at Google. These include AOL Chess and Picasa, a digital photo company which was acquired by Google. He is currently self-employed exploring novel forms of tech-forward entertainment.
Matt Stevick
Partner
Matt has been the owner/agent of the Pittsburgh Terminal of the Evans Delivery Company since 2006. He has grown the business to more than 20 owner/operators under contract, servicing 40+ import/export intermodal container shipments each day.
Tony Aquino
Partner
Tony is a principal embedded software engineer at ZOLL Medical Corporation where he works on various product teams to support the launch of new products. Prior to ZOLL, Tony spent 20 years in engineering roles at several different firms including Philips Respironics.
Carl Heller, Jr.

Carl has been at Cleaveland/Price since 2006 and assumed the role of president in 2020. C/P is a leading OEM for switchgear in the electrical transmission and distribution industry. Carl works with leadership teams within the Rye Portfolio Companies to help them achieve their potential.

Jim Cullen
Partner
Jim joined Versa-Fab in 2005, a business specializing in mechanical engineering, machining, fabrication, and finishing. He started a complementary business in 2008, American Manufacturing & Integration, focusing on designing and building control panels primarily for the power transmission and distribution sector.
